What is the turnaround time after an order is placed?
Our team will be contacting you with digital mock up. Once the mock up is approved, the current production time is 10 business days.
What is the minimum order quantity?
No job too big or too small. Yes it means you can just order one hat or as many as you want.
All new design requires a $20 digitizing set up fee. This is a one-time fee that is not paid again on repeat orders with the same logo.
Do I get to see a sample before the order is made?
You will receive a digital mockup before we make your order. You may request any revisions during this mockup approval process.
How much is the shipping? And how long does it take to deliver?
